HOA Project in University Place
HOA – 139 homes completed over a six-year contract period (roughly 23 residences each year).
The home colors were outdated throughout the community. Our color consultant, paint representative, and commercial sales staff met with the HOA board, attended HOA meetings, and as a team, provided a package of updated paint colors.
CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:Color selection for 139 personalities and homeowners. The HOA facilities project representative and associates from CertaPro meet with individual homeowners each year to get color approval. We also communicate with the homeowners to schedule the painting of roughly 23 properties each year.
CONDITIONS:
The areas we pressure washed had become covered in moss and algae. The growth of moss had become so prevalent that the building’s ownership saw it as a slip hazard for visitors. After Our crew pressure washed the area, it was no longer hazardous.
INCLUDED IN THIS PROJECT
Besides painting 139 homes, we painted all light posts at each of the homes, stop-sign posts and fire hydrants throughout the development, entry gates, entry curbing/bollards, and their community signs throughout the complex. All carpentry needs were also taken care as found.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT AND TECHNIQUES
Multiple homes back up to steep embankments. We’ve had to have trees removed and arrange for boom lifts coupled with 40’ ladders to navigate these areas. We also used scaffolding to navigate deck covers unable to be walked on.
