What to Expect Before & After Your Exterior Painting Project

We do ask that homeowners take a few steps to help prepare the exterior of the home before the project begins so that we’re able to deliver high-quality results.

What to Do Before Our Painting Crew Arrives

  • Trim shrubs and bushes. When you’re having your home’s exterior painted, we ask that you trim any shrubs and bushes that are close to your house. We want to protect your landscaping from any potential overspray or dripping.
  • Leave areas for access and ladders. As our painting crew works around your home, there are areas we may need access to, like through a gate to get to the back of the house. Make sure all sides of your home are accessible. There should also be areas we can use ladders.
  • Access to the hose spigot. We ask that you show us where your spigot is located and have a hose available for use.Following these steps gets your exterior painting project off to the right start and allows us to do our job correctly.

Our Clean-Up Process

When we have completed your exterior house painting, we clean up any paint chips as best as we can from your lawn and landscaping. We also replace shutters and ensure no equipment is left behind.
