SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

This project involved complete surface restoration and painting of the facility’s exterior, beginning with thorough pressure washing to remove dirt, oxidation, and debris. Once the surfaces were cleaned, our crew repaired damaged stucco and drywall sections, ensuring a smooth foundation for the new coatings.

The building’s metal trim and features were primed and painted for long-term protection, while the trash enclosure received a full repaint to align with the building’s refreshed aesthetic. The new paint system enhanced both durability and curb appeal, giving the property a more modern, professional appearance consistent with the Teacher’s Health Trust’s brand.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS:

This project required significant coordination due to heavy daily foot traffic and the presence of multiple tenants operating on different schedules. Additionally, the crew navigated unusual on-site challenges, including loose dogs in the surrounding area, broken water spigots, and the need for signage replacement during the project timeline.

Despite these logistical hurdles, CertaPro’s professional team maintained safety, organization, and communication throughout, completing the project efficiently and without disrupting daily operations.
