My name is Heather, and I am proud to be entering my ninth year as Office Manager with CertaPro Painters. As the hub of our office operations, I assist customers with scheduling, payments, documentation, and any questions they may have throughout their experience with us. I take pride in providing exceptional customer service and helping ensure every
project runs smoothly from start to finish.

I’m always happy to help, provide guidance, and keep things moving efficiently. My goal is to create a positive experience for every customer and put a smile on their face whenever possible.

Outside of work, I am blessed with an amazing husband, three sons, and three daughters. We love spending time outdoors, and you can often find me working in my garden or enjoying a good book.
