Meet the Owner

Greg DeCapio, owner of CertaPro Painters® of Spartanburg, SC, holds a dual degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Greg has nearly 30 years of experience serving big-box retailers in operations and supply chain management.
From Greg: “Thanks to my education and thorough experience in management, I understand the need for superior customer service and am qualified to manage a small business serving residential and commercial customers alike.”
Greg left the corporate environment to get back to his roots as the son of a general contractor and moved to the Upstate from Tennessee in 2012. He always loved working in trades and felt most comfortable engaging with people in stores than board rooms.
