Residential Painting Project – Fairway Appeal

Project: The homeowners purchased this home back in October and found that the previous owners did not perform regular maintenance and even covered up some significant problems. This project was more than just a fresh coat of paint, as rotten siding, deck boards and window frames were uncovered.

Result: We provided a free Color Consultation for the homeowners to help find the color that was right for them. We took care of replacing sections of rotted siding before painting and deck boards before staining. The CertaPro Painters of SW Metro team has experience elevating the fairway appeal of homes, this being our sixth fairway home painted this year! The customer was so pleased with our exterior services that we are now providing an estimate to paint the interior as well.
