Project: The historic Excelsior Mill building, located in downtown Excelsior, is home to a number of boutiques. With stores closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, the building owners were presented with an opportunity to freshen up the building’s interior for their tenants.

Process: The CertaPro Painters of SW Metro team provided a color consultation for the client, deciding on a soft grey with white enamel trim. Our team painted the interior siding as well as the new shutters to match. Additionally, we refinished the tables and chairs, wood and the wrought iron. The building owner and their tenants love the new look!
