Project: The CertaPro Painters of SW Metro team has painted a number of banks throughout our years in service. For this project, the facility was a bit dated – so our team was tasked with painting both the interior and exterior of this commercial Eden Prairie property to revive the walls.

Process: Prior to painting, we met with the property manager to perform a Color Consultation and used our years of experience to provide guidance in color choices. Once the color was selected, we painted the interior and exterior of the bank. We sealed all of the seams and painted over commercial wallpaper. One of the challenges of this project was working with an oil primer, which has a strong odor associated with it – luckily the facility was empty during the application of this product, which was applied after hours. Satisfied with the outcome, the client recommended our services to a neighboring business, whom we then helped through a rebranding of their business facility.
