I paid my deposit, what’s next?

Our Office Manager will reach out to you when you’re “on deck” to paint. The contract is sent via email – usually the same day after the estimate appointment. During the spring and summer, our office is at its busiest, so it may take up to a week after you tell us that you’d like us to paint for you to get your paperwork. Check your spam email folder to see if it’s there if you haven’t received it.

When will you start my project?

Once you’ve paid your deposit, we will place you on our schedule in a queue. This queue is similar to a line at the BMV where everyone has taken a number. Because of weather changes on exterior projects, we won’t know exactly how long each project in front of yours will take. However, a few days before your crew is ready to start, our Office Manager will contact you to let you know when we will get started. If you are having an event or other occasion and need the painting done by a deadline, be sure to tell your Salesperson your exact timeframe. This way, if we can accommodate you, we certainly will!

What to Expect After the Start of Your Project

Power washing (Exteriors only):

If your service includes power washing, we typically wash your home a few days before we get started on your painting service. This will allow your property to dry after the wash.

Carpentry:

If your project includes carpentry work, we usually complete the carpentry work at the same time we’re preparing your home for painting.

Paint colors details:

If you haven’t already sent your paint colors to us, email your paint colors to [email protected]. If you are still unsure of your paint colors on the first day, ask our job site supervisor to sample your final options for you.

Day 1 of your project:

We’ll take about 10 minutes to review the project’s details with you again to make sure we’re all on the same page prior to beginning your service.

Our Field Supervisors will stop by your home to make sure you are happy with the progress of your painting service. If there is anything that you are not satisfied with, call our office Manager at 406-552-4909 so they can direct a Supervisor to your home.
