The Building:

CertaPro Painters^® of Southern Westchester, NY had the pleasure of working with Halston House Condominiums in Tarrytown, NY. Our team was hired to re-paint the interior lobby and hallways of 4 buildings. The project included repairing and painting all walls, ceilings and doors, and installing wall coverings on lobby walls.

Scope of the Project:

The project required working closely with the Condo Board, Building Superintendent, Architect, Color Designer, Property Manager, Tenants, and other contractors.
We developed a project plan and work schedules in coordination with other contractors to ensure minimal disruption to the tenants and a timely completion of each stage of the project.

Before the completion of the project, Halston House requested additional interior and exterior work – and we continue to provide regular maintenance service as needed.
