PPG’s AcriShield and AcriShield Bonding Primer are two of PPG’s top-rated exterior products. The AcriShield Bonding Primer is an interesting product as it labeled as both a paint and primer – what does that actually mean? In the short video below, Lee Sapata and Suzette Martin break down the difference between the two products. The video also explains why you would need to use a primer (prior to the finish coat) along with the recommended application for exteriors, which would be a full prime and a full finish.
