In February 2024, Greentree Apartments chose our team to repair their facility’s exterior. Prior to starting the project, the facility had a fire affecting the exterior of the facade.

This project included removing exterior damaged surfaces and rebuilding the EFIS system to match the pre-existing surface. Getting the right color was critical throughout the whole process.

The weather was a tough hurdle considering the time of year. Our team, however, navigated through the elements with precision. Timing, weather, and color match were all critical factors we carefully managed. The toughest challenges was addressing the color match. No special equipment or techniques were needed, just our experience weather, and timing.
