In April 2024, Madison Consolidated School System selected us to fix the exterior of their facility. Before we began our work, the premises looked a little dated and needed a more well-rounded routine.

This project included power washing and applying two coats of Bond-Plex. Our team tackled the challenges efficiently, completing the work over a weekend to accommodate the school system’s schedule. We applied two finish coats of Bond-Plex (by Sherwin Williams). Bond-Plex is formulated for direct application to pre-finished metal siding, it is a water based acrylic coating and is suitable for interiors and exteriors. The colors used were Tin Lizzie (SW9163) and Extra White (SW7006). No special equipment or techniques were needed, just our knowledge and experience.
