Roads at 21st Condominiums – Case Study

The Project: CertaPro Painters of South Miami was contacted to repaint the exterior of Roads at 21st condominiums. Twelve years after its last repaint, the exterior walls were chalky and faded, and needed the professional expertise of CertaPro Painters of South Miami.

The Work: The building for this project was a 13 story, 220 unit condominium that required both wall and railing painting. Due to size and scale of this project we had to install and move drop-down swing stage scaffolding to be able to ascend and descend to each story of the exterior. We also had to be careful and attentive during this project due to close proximity of neighboring buildings. Our team also had to work around schedule constraints as well, only being able to work on the building 5 days a week with no working on Saturdays or Sundays.

Final Result: Despite the challenges faced during this project, we were able to complete the job in 60 days, all while keeping the client updated daily with the progress we made.
