In October 2021, CertaPro Painters of South Charlotte remodeled and painted the exterior of Mini Storage Center on South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC.

The buildings and surfaces that were to be worked on presented years of neglect, as well as weather and water damage. Some areas were down to the bare masonry. There was one only water supply point and it was over 400 feet from the building. This meant that we had to rent hundreds of feet of hose to access the building for pressure washing. Our team pressure washed the entire building. This removed the majority of the remaining paint on the building. After that, we applied a primer coat of Loxon XP followed by two coats of A-100 gloss. We then painted gutters and downspouts on one side of the building with an accent color.
