Project Overview:

• Power Washing & Surface Prep:
  Our crew began with a deep cleaning of all exterior surfaces, followed by heavy scraping and sanding to remove loose paint and prep the stucco for repair and painting.

• Stucco Repairs:
  Damaged and weathered stucco was repaired to restore the building’s structure and ensure an even finish.

• Exterior Painting:
  A fresh coat of high-quality exterior paint was applied to all surfaces, dramatically improving the curb appeal and cohesion of the retail strip.

Challenges:

• Foot & Vehicle Traffic: Work was strategically scheduled during off-hours and low-traffic periods to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.

• Coordination with Tenants: Our team conducted daily check-ins with store managers and provided advanced notice of lift positioning and access changes. In some cases, we rerouted vehicles in the parking lot to avoid overspray and maintain pedestrian safety.

• 60-foot Articulating Boom Lift

• Scissor Lift
  These were essential for reaching higher sections of the building while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
