About the Project:
Condition of the home:
Our client came to us with her grand 5,000 sq. ft. Tudor Style home that desperately needed wood repair/replacement due to the damage from the Southern California sun (and a poor previous paint job).
Project Involvement:
For this job, we did extensive wood repair work, in fact we went through 6 gallons of Bondo!
Special Challenges:
This job would be rather straightforward to us, but our client’s roofing tiles prohibited us from walking or putting any weight on them, so we had to get creative with boom lifts and scaffolding!
