Dramatic Color Change on Exterior in Mission Hills, KS
CertaPro Painters of Shawnee Mission was contracted to perform a dramatic color change, from black to white in Mission Hills, KS. This project had an extensive amount of wood rot replacement include; brick molding and seal around 3 different windows (including a triple), facia replacement along the roofs eve, a number of shake shingles, 2×6’s around garage door facia (trim) though out the front-sides and rear. Our team painted and then hung new shutters home owner purchased and disposed of old satellite dish still attached to home, then patched screw holes. We painted front and back door, power washed, full exterior re-caulk, and scraped all loose paint down to substrate- followed by priming. Finally, we painted storm windows.
