I’m Lisa Payton, and I’ve been the proud owner of my own business, Jacks and Aces Events, since 2007. I joined the CertaPro family in 2015, bringing with me over 30 years of experience in customer service, including 18 years in management roles. I deeply value my family—my husband, three children, and four grandchildren—as well as my CertaPro family. Having lived in Kansas City my entire life, I proudly support and cheer for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
