Description of Project: Although the home was in good condition, its design and aesthetics were notably outdated. Most of the entire interior required modernization to align with the owner’s vision. Wooden elements were abundant throughout the interior, adorning the ceiling beams, wainscoting, trim, cabinets, and doors. This wood-themed interior was accompanied by popcorn.

Project Involvement: The project encompassed a wide array of tasks to revitalize the space. Walls and doors were painted anew, while trim was meticulously refreshed. The ceiling underwent a significant change, getting rid of popcorn textures and gaining a knockdown finish. Cabinets and vanities were transformed from stain to paint, giving them a modern feel. This conversion also extended to the ceiling beams and other trim. The process involved thorough cosmetic improvements like filling nail holes and addressing old anchor spots, guaranteeing a flawless outcome.

Special Challenges: A specialized vacuum was used to prevent the dust from spreading, and to convert the stain to paint, an oil-based primer was utilized.

Special Techniques: The brick requires a specific wash to be used so it will absorb the paint.

Popcorn ceilings were eliminated throughout the entire house. This residence contained an exceptional amount of wood, surpassing anything seen before, and our experts converted all of it.
