CertaPro Painters® of Shawnee Mission, KS was contacted in April 2021 to paint the exterior of this commercial building. The building is a 6,000 square food industrial building that a general contractor runs their operation out of. It is located in Johnson County, KS. The commercial property was built over 17 years ago and had not been painted or maintained since then. As a result, the tilt up panel expansion joints had all failed and the paint was faded and chipping. Additionally, the steel sub straights had started to rust.
The entire project took our commercial painting professionals just two weeks to complete. Now, the building looks as good as new!
