Brendan McGagin, owner of CertaPro Painters® of Sacramento-Folsom/Roseville, CA, served in the Marine Corps as a first-generation American right out of high school. After being honorably discharged he spent about 20 years working in a variety of customer service and retail leadership roles. Later, he completed his MBA at Syracuse University in 2020.
Brendan bought this franchise right after completing his MBA and after deciding that it was finally time to move on from manager roles into an ownership role by becoming a small business owner. Luckily, CertaPro painters and Brendan had the same values and morals when it comes to serving customers – so the fit was perfect.
