Ace Pickleball Commercial Painting Project

The CertaPro Painters^® of Roswell team was commissioned to paint an empty 20,000 square foot warehouse for Ace Pickleball Club in Roswell, GA.

We were in charge of painting every corner of the facility, including unfinished rooms and structures such as the restrooms and the observation deck. Coating the ceiling was strenuous, as most of the metal pipes and fixtures were incongruent and the sheer height of the facility required lifting equipment to reach it. These inconsistencies in the ceiling’s structural layout made it difficult to reach all the nooks and crannies, but our team still made it happen. We managed to spray the entire ceiling with Sherwin William’s “Dryfall,” a quick drying adhesive paint meant to eliminate the possibility of drips and boost the lighting efficiency of the facility. Ace is also particular about its branding. So, with an exquisite attention to detail, we methodically wrapped all four walls with wide stripes baring its signature colors.

All of this work was done during the construction within the facility. This forced us to take a more creative approach to the project, finding ways to circumvent potential overlaps between our painting and the work being done on the lighting, sound, sheetrock, and concrete of the warehouse, while still meeting our assigned deadlines.

Despite these daunting challenges, our team of professionals was able to fully complete this project in seven weeks; a remarkably short timeframe for such a grand undertaking.
