The top priority of CertaPro Painters® of Rockland County is the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community. For this reason, we are excited to offer Free Remote Painting Consults for both interior and exterior painting projects. The process for using the technology is very user-friendly, and it all starts with a phone call that you’ll receive once you have booked your virtual consult. Your account manager will walk you through the steps and will help you set up for your virtual consult. We perform these consultations using technology such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, Skype, and Google Duo.
Our virtual consultation process allows us to follow all social distancing guidelines while continuing to make your home look beautiful! As always, we will continue to review and modify our policies and procedures to align with state and federal public health guidance and orders.
Remote Exterior Estimates
We can estimate exterior painting projects remotely or via a drive-by estimate. We’ll walk the property, and if we have questions when preparing the estimate, we can communicate them to you via email or phone. We guarantee that the estimator will respect all social distancing preferences.
This extends through the painting process – our crews work outside, and will maintain a six-foot distance if they need to communicate with the homeowner at any time. Our goal is to create an easy, safe process from estimate through job completion.
Remote Interior Estimates
Looking to get the interior of your house painted? Not a problem! If you’d like to schedule an interior remote estimate, we’ll coordinate a date and time to connect via the use of smartphone video technology like FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Duo. If you’re not sure how to use the apps, our associates will be happy to walk you through the process, which consists of you showing us the room or rooms to be painted. We’ll also discuss the different types of paint, colors, and more, to get a better idea of what exactly you’re looking for. We’ll be happy to answer any questions that you have for us!
Once we gather that information, we’ll be able to prepare an accurate, easy-to-understand estimate for your interior painting project.
