Our client was looking to update their large 4,000 sq’ home’s exterior.  Outdated and faded paint colors made the home look tired.  The project had two sides on significant slopes requiring a 60′ ladder and gable harness to ensure safe access to the home. (see all 6 pictures).

Epoxy painted garage floor

Our client was moving into a new home and looking to protect and give their garage floor a great look.  We properly prepared the garage floor using H&C etching solution and allowing to dry.  We mixed and applied the initial epoxy solutions, applied color flecks and then returned to apply the clear topcoat for a great looking finish.

An Exterior Refresh in Fort Mill

For this client, we needed to wash their home, ensure proper caulking and secure loose cedar shingles. We then properly painted all trim, changing the color slightly, so we utilized two full coats. On the cedar shingles, we used a spray-and-brush technique to ensure saturation and even application of the semi-transparent stain on all the shingles.
