Interior House Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
In November 2023, our team was hired for an interior painting project. The scope of the project included sanding down naturally stained wood trim and door frames. Prior to painting, we applied a primer to all the trim using an oil-based stain-blocking primer and followed up with a top coat of Emerald Urethane. Additionally, we performed minor wall repairs, spot-primed the walls, and applied a top coat of latex paint to both the walls and ceiling.

CHALLENGES:
One notable challenge we encountered was the necessity for extensive sanding on the trim work to ensure proper adhesion of the primer.
