Exterior House Staining

CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA was hired to transform the exterior of the Carpenters family home in April 2022. The cedar siding was weathered and worn in some areas due to sun exposure and other weather damage. To ensure a uniform finish we prepped the exterior of the home by power washing the surface and calculating the precise amount of product needed. We stained the exterior using Benjamin Moore Arborcoat and paid extra attention to the more weathered parts of the home. Next, we used an alkyd-based direct to metal paint for the gutters & downspouts. On the trim, we used the exterior latex Ben Moore “Ben” paint. The Carpenters loved their homes’ new polished exterior!
