Exterior House Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
In July 2024, a customer contacted CertaPro Painters^® of Roanoke, VA, to transform the exterior of their house. Before we began painting, the house had peeling paint, signs of aging, wear and tear, and weathered surfaces. The project encompassed several essential services, including a low-pressure wash, light carpentry on the door frame and back right side of residence, scraping, spot priming, and completing the painting of the property.

CHALLENGES:
The main challenge presented to us was the color change from a white/grey to a gorgeous forest green color. However, our Byron’s crew ensured the correct painting techniques were being used to cover the previous color completely. The project did not require the use of specialized equipment or techniques.

The project took place in July 2024 and was completed in 3 days.
