Exterior Color Change Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
In October 2024, CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA, completed a full exterior color transformation for a home in Troutville. Before the project began, the home’s exterior showed signs of wear, with fading, staining, peeling, and chipping in high-traffic areas. Additionally, the surface had accumulated a layer of grime from the rainy summer season. Our team’s work included removing the loose paint, recaulking, pressure washing, applying a fresh coat of Juniper Blue paint to the exterior, and staining the front door.

CHALLENGES:
The main challenge of this project was accessing the high areas without the use of a lift. However, Byron’s crew, with their extensive experience in similar projects, made it look effortless. Additionally, since this was a full color change, it was essential to ensure that the new paint fully covered the previous staining, and we made sure that was achieved flawlessly.
