During these sessions, we come together as a team to review our current business statistics and identify areas for growth. We celebrate the amazing work our painters are doing, including those incredible 5-star Google reviews that reflect our commitment to quality.

We also take time to address any oversights, discussing ways to prevent them on future jobs, ensuring we continue to deliver top-notch service to our clients.

As part of our commitment to personal growth, we ensure that every painter has the opportunity to share their individual goals. We talk about how we can support them in achieving those milestones—both in their careers and personal lives. Of course, no meeting is complete without a delicious breakfast to fuel our discussions!

Safety is always a top priority, so we also take time to review current safety procedures and training, ensuring everyone on our team is up-to-date and prepared to work safely on every project.
