Office Space Interior Painting Project

CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke was tasked with an interior painting project for a professional office space. The work involved several individual rooms, each requiring targeted preparation and finishing to meet the client’s needs.

In the first three offices, our team performed a complete repaint, beginning with surface preparation to ensure all areas were smooth and ready for coating. We then primed and painted the walls along with detailed woodwork, including baseboards, chair rails, and crown molding, to achieve a polished, cohesive look throughout the space. In the fourth room, we focused on the restoring the chair rail. Before painting, all nail holes were carefully filled, and caulking was applied to create a seamless surface. Once prepped, the chair rail was primed and finished with a fresh coat of paint. The IT room required attention to previously untreated wall sections. These areas were primed and painted to blend seamlessly with the existing finishes. Additionally, two new office spaces were incorporated into the project. We began by spot-priming any exposed drywall before applying a consistent finish coat to all wall surfaces.

As a final step, all door frames within the project area were primed and painted on both sides, providing a uniform appearance across all rooms and completing the interior refresh with professional-grade results.

The special challenge involved with this project was was working around business hours as employees could not be present while we painted. Despite this, CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke is experienced in working around customers and employees, maintaining a safe and clean work environment without disrupting the office’s daily operations.
