In May 2022, the professional painters at CertaPro Painters of Roanoke, VA were hired to paint the exterior of a brick office building. The building was worn and faded with minor peeling, and rust on the metal handrails.
Before we began painting, we prepped the exterior by pressure-washing the surface, scraping the peeling areas, and treating the rust spots.
In just four days, including a day solely dedicated to pressure washing and prep work, we were able to complete the project. The client was thrilled with the clean and polished transformation.
