In September of 2021, the CertaPro Painters of Roanoke, VA team took on a painting project for local Janitorial Supply business. It was clear that the previous coat of paint was beginning to fail to adhere to the surface after our analysis at the start of the project. Over the course of 10 days, there were several areas which required significant prep work, including pressure washing, extensive caulk repairs and scraping off old paint before priming and repainting.

One of the unique challenges for our team was working with limited access to water. We had to manually deliver water in order to pressure wash the surface during the prep phase. There was also extensive overgrowth, including vines that were tangled into the windows themselves, that required landscaping work prior to the start of the project. Additionally, we rented a manlift for a portion of the project to reach some of the higher elevated surfaces.

Overall, the project turned out great and the owners are very pleased with the results!
