H2O Zone Exterior Transformation

In November 2023 our team of professional commercial painters were hired to repaint the exterior of H20 Zone. The project took 5 days to complete, including 1 day to pressure wash the building and the roof.

The building, although structurally sound, had severely faded and chalky paint. The roof of the building had become rusted from the elements. To get rid of the rust we cleaned and sanded the surface before applying a coat of Procryl Industrial primer, which is a rust-inhibitive primer and will protect the roof for years to come. Next, we painted the building, siding, and trim with Sherwin Williams direct-to-metal paint, in a vibrant Hyper Blue.

Our 5-day project not only rejuvenated the appearance of H2O Zone but also implemented crucial protective measures for the building’s longevity, ensuring it remains visually appealing for years to come.
