In November 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA completed a full interior painting project for a luxury home in Hardy, VA. As part of the homeowners’ transition into the space, they replaced a darker, more saturated color palette with lighter, more refined tones to brighten the interior, enhance natural light, and create a cohesive, high-end aesthetic throughout.

Our preparation included scraping loose paint, filling nail holes, replacing failing caulk, spot priming, and lightly sanding rough areas, including scuffing walls in the bookcase room and smoothing minor imperfections in the Great Room. All ceilings were painted Benjamin Moore BEN flat white, walls with Regal Select matte, and trim, doors, window frames, crown molding, fireplace mantel, and wine room cabinetry with Advance satin white. Natural wood handrails and posts were also sanded and refinished.

The completed scope of work included bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, foyer, hallways, closets, laundry, stair railing refinishing, and the upper hallway. Tall ceilings required specialized equipment and careful planning to reach higher areas safely.
