Professional Office Interior Painting Project

CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA, completed an interior repaint for a professional office located in Roanoke, VA. The office’s vibrant blue walls had experienced significant wear over time, with visible scuffs, scratches, and uneven fading caused by regular foot traffic and sunlight exposure. These imperfections created a dull, inconsistent look throughout the space and required professional attention to restore a clean, polished appearance.

To begin, Marbel and Luis’ crew thoroughly prepped the area by scraping any loose or peeling paint, filling nail holes, replacing deteriorated caulk, and spot priming where necessary. The blue accent wall had several holes that required detailed attention including spackling, sanding, smoothing, priming, and painting to ensure a flawless surface before applying the new color.

The blue wall was fully primed to support even coverage, while the white walls, which were in better condition, did not require priming. All walls were then painted using Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in a satin finish, in the color SW6140 Moderate White, for a fresh and professional look.

A major challenge for this project was the strict access window; painting could only occur after business hours, and the building had to be completely vacant during the work. This required precise scheduling and fast, efficient execution to minimize disruption to the client’s operations and ensure the work was completed within the limited timeframe.

Despite the time constraints, the entire project was successfully completed in just 1 day by our experienced crew.
