Restaurant Exterior Painting Project
CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA, completed an exterior repaint for a national restaurant chain location in need of a fresh look. The building’s faded, peeling paint no longer reflected the brand’s updated identity following a recent rebranding.
To start, we power washed the entire building, including the shed and previously painted curbing. Our team then applied Sherwin-Williams® colors consistent with the brand’s current standards. The roof cap, soffits, fascia, metal roofing, walk-in cooler, rear door, and pylon sign were painted Loyal Blue. The middle concrete trim received a cheerful yellow accent, while the lower chair rail and elements like the trash corral, downspouts, and awnings were finished in Urbane Bronze. Both masonry surfaces were primed beforehand to ensure durability.
Additional features, including wall lights, the drive-thru menu board, speaker box, height bar, and patio lamp post, were painted Tricorn Black. All curbing and bollards were refreshed in Safety Yellow for visibility and safety.
This out-of-state project required scheduling during the restaurant’s off-hours to avoid business disruption. With extensive experience painting for this chain, our crew ensured a seamless, brand-consistent result that revitalized the location’s appearance.
This project took 2 days (not including travel days) and was completed by Gabriel’s crew.
The project transformed the restaurant’s exterior, improving the overall appearance of the space. Check out the transformation in the before and after photos below!
