Commercial Fast Food Restaurant Exterior Painting Project

CertaPro Painters® of Roanoke, VA, was tasked with completing an exterior painting project for Burger King, a commercial fast food restaurant. The walls exhibited chipped and faded paint. Because this is a restaurant, even the slightest bit of fading and chipping can be unattractive to customers. Our team stepped in to repaint the building and re-establish an inviting atmosphere.

First, our team power washed the entire building to remove dirt and grime to prepare for painting. We applied Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint® to siding, fascia, bollards, black lights, electrical boxes, lintels, the rear door, and the door frame. We primed the cooler unit with Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial™ Pro-Cryl® Universal Acrylic Primer and also painted it with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint®. The awnings were painted with Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial™ DTM Acrylic paint. Our knowledgeable team had to use their skills to choose a primer and paint that would be perfect for each unique surface.

The special challenge involved with this project was completing it during business hours. Luckily, our team is very familiar with the process of working around guests and not disrupting the business.

The project was completed in just two days, transforming Burger King’s exterior and improving the overall appearance of the space. Check out the transformation in the before and after photos below!
