Our professional painters had the opportunity to restore and repaint a three-story condo building. The property required select siding replacement, surface preparation, bonding primer, and painting of the building’s exterior walls & trim, parking areas, and staining of the exterior perimeter fence.

CONDITIONS:

  • Wood Repair – Removed and replaced rotten wood.
  • Paint Color – Changed the faded green paint to blue paint.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

  • Preparation – Bonding primer to stabilize previously applied surface coatings.
  • Premium Paint – To protect and beautify the building.

PROJECT TIMELINE – 3 weeks.
