Full Exterior Repaint with Wood Frame Restoration

Initial Condition of the Home:

The home was very weathered and required the replacement of several wooden window frames.

Scope of the Project:

The project involved a comprehensive scope of work including removal and replacement of rotten wood window frames, a full exterior wash, recaulking, priming of bare surfaces, and the final application of paint.

Several of the original wood window frames were damaged due to weather exposure and had to be replaced as part of the restoration process.

Additionally, the team stained the surrounding fence to complete the property’s refreshed look.

Special Challenges:

One of the primary challenges was the height and scale of the home, which required the use of 40-foot ladders.

The detailed multi-color paint scheme added complexity, demanding both precision and creativity from the crew.

Despite the challenges, the result was a beautifully restored home exterior, enhanced and protected using high-quality products and professional craftsmanship.
