The project involved repairing drywall damages and painting the interior walls and ceilings with a new coat of paint and color change for an industrial production facility office. The paint has been applied to the offices, bathrooms, stairways, conference rooms, and break rooms. The facility was in decent condition before we were hired to revamp the office, however, we did need to perform drywall corrections along some areas in the building. Overall it took about 3 weekends (or 6 days) to paint the entire interior facility.
CHALLENGES:
Large commercial projects provide their own set of challenges. CertaPro Painters® of Renton Kent, WA strives to coordinate with property managers to paint their property around appropriate business hours. This facility required us to start work after 4:00 PM on Fridays and work through the weekends as to not interfere with the normal operations of the office.
CONDITIONS:
Surface Defects – Corrected surface defects in walls and ceilings.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Drywall Repair – We had to correct defects on the walls and ceilings of the office spaces, bathrooms, and breakrooms.
Interior Paint – We had to prime the area for coats of matching company colors.
Prep – Repair, masking, and new paint.
PROJECT TIMELINE – 3 Weekends (or 6 Days)
