Following the successful completion of the exterior painting project at Auburn Regional Medical Plaza, the client was impressed with the results and professionalism of the team, and therefor entrusted CertaPro Painters of Renton Kent with the interior renovation.
This next phase aimed to bring the same level of quality and transformation to the inside of the facility.
About the Project:
Project Involvement:
The scope of work included expert color consultation to develop a fresh and cohesive color scheme, as well as extensive wall corrections to ensure a smooth, flawless surface. The team applied a durable, scuff-resistant paint designed for longevity and easy maintenance. To minimize disruption, all work was scheduled after hours, allowing the facility to operate smoothly during the day.
Special Techniques:
The project presented challenges such as navigating high ceilings and difficult angles in stairwells and the main lobby. Our team utilized ladders, ladder jacks, and lift equipment to complete the job safely and efficiently. The end result was a beautifully updated space that significantly enhanced both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the medical plaza.
