Our painters were hired to help repaint the exterior of this house from its traditional color scheme to a modern color palette. By the end of our professional painting services, the home looked like new. You can learn more about this residential case study below.
This local resident was inspired by the modern designs and colors of new homes and wanted to harness that look for their home while providing the home with a lasting and protective finish against the weather elements.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
CertaPro Painters of Renton Kent, Wa washed the home, filled gaps and cracks fully caulked the home for weatherproofing (windows, doors, trim, etc), and applied two coats of a premium Sherwin-Williams paint. The white coat was applied to most of the vinyl area, and the black paint was mainly applied to the trim and shutters. The team had to use our tallest ladders and safety equipment to climb this large home.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The home was large with extreme heights for a residential property. Our trained supervisors and teams were able to complete this project efficiently and safely utilizing industry best practice safety procedures. The outcome is a very happy customer and a beautiful & protected home ready to stand the test of time.
