This was a project for a large property management company. They wanted to refresh the interior of two different warehouses before marketing it to new tenants. The warehouse featured a large variety of elements that would all new to be painted, including bare concrete, new drywall, previously painted drywall, metal, wood, and steel columns and bollards. Although warehouses are typically simple in layout, the variety and size of this interior provided a slight challenge.

In order to minimize the disruption to workflow, we coordinated with the vendors within the warehouse to find the best times for our team to step in and complete the job. We were able to complete the job quickly, which allowed the client to put the property on the market with ease.
