Apartment Building Transformation in Plymouth, MI

Our painters were recently called out to a three story apartment complex in downtown Plymouth, MI for an exterior refresh. The bottom level is a bank, and the top two floors are apartments. During the course of this project we completed both painting and light carpentry services. You can learn more about this commercial case study below.

 

 

CHALLENGES:

Working around the oak trees and trying so hard to not damage them; and we needed to use 3 different lifts to get access to the roof.

CONDITIONS:

Lot of rotten wood – we replaced 6 porches and lots of wood on the roof and other areas. They had tried for 2 years to find a painter to take the job and try to work around the trees. We had to use 3 different lifts to get the job done, and try hard not to damage the oak trees in the process.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

We did LOTS of carpentry, replacing whole patios. Then lots of caulking around all the limestone around the building, and painting all the wood.
