Grocery Store Interior Painting
Holiday Market Commercial Painting Case Study
Grocery Store Interior Project
A local grocery store, Holiday Market in Canton, MI reached out to us to paint much of their large space for a remodel.
They were looking to freshen up their dated color scheme and modernize the store. CertaPro painted the interior walls before their designer implemented new signage and woodwork for a clean, modern look.
GROCERY STORE TRANSFORMATION
CHALLENGES
For this project, we needed to work around a fully functioning grocery store in the midst of a pandemic. We put together a game plan to work around customers in a safe way while covering areas like the produce section, entryway, and other main thoroughfares. Our teams worked from 5pm to midnight to minimize customer interaction while using the lift and painting the 30 foot walls.
CONDITIONS
The space received a lot of traffic and wear and needed an updated, refreshed look.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Certapro covered all the areas we were working in including the produce section, liquor, and the main entrance and exit. We had some minor wall repair, taping, and other preparation before applying the paint in the large space. Using the large floor lift and extension poles, we applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams paints in the grey color chosen for their new look.
Project Timeline – Approximately 1 week
THE FINAL RESULT
When the project was completed, CertaPro Painters® documented the progress they made with a collection of images. The transformation created a brand new look and elevated the appeal of the store.
