Unless otherwise specified during your consultation with our estimator, CertaPro Painters of Plymouth charges a carpentry labor rate of $80 per man hour plus wood and supplies.

On exterior projects, CertaPro Painters of Plymouth regularly completes minor carpentry before painting exterior trim and siding. As much as possible, we match the substrate we are replacing (ie rough sawn cedar, smooth pine, or even using composite materials) so that the house looks cohesive after the repairs are made. We prime raw wood, caulk gaps as necessary, then apply 2 coats of paint on newly installed trim. We often provide only basic repairs but we do work with clients on serious repairs such as new siding, window sill damage, and installing new doors or shutters.
