A 33,000 square feet warehouse building in Grand Rapids, MI, serves as a multifunctional space for shipping, manufacturing, and storage purposes. The facility’s ceiling and walls were reported to be dirty and dark, requiring cleaning before the application of paint. Additionally, the use of oil primers was deemed necessary for the painting process. The dedicated crew engaged in the project worked long hours, staying in a nearby house to meet stringent deadlines for their tasks.
CHALLENGES:
Multiple lifts and compressed air were employed for cleaning purposes. Additionally, all racks and railings were painted in vibrant colors, incorporating several stripes to enhance the overall visual appeal.
CONDITIONS:
The ceiling and walls exhibited significant dirtiness and darkness, requiring thorough cleaning prior to the painting process. Moreover, the application of oil primers was deemed necessary.
