CertaPro Painters® of Pittsburgh - South Hills, PA was contacted to help with the renovation efforts of the Grand Staircase of this home. It was stained (all wood elements) an outdated, bland light oak-color.
We lightly sanded areas, used an extreme bond primer and then painted with two top coats of latex paint in a bright white and tricorn black.
The challenge was making sure that the wood was properly prepped to accept the paint and that we use a product that can withstand the high touch areas.
We Used the highest quality paint – Emerald Urethan Emanmel – This water-based enamel resists yellowing and creates a hard durable finish that withstands the wear and tear of frequently cleaned and used areas.
Our team was able to get it done in time to decorate for the holidays!
