Jessica joined CertaPro Painters of Pittsburgh of South Hills in January 2025 as a Residential Sales Associate. She brings over 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, and retail management, having previously worked at Sherwin-Williams and Ace. Her background has given her extensive knowledge of paint products, applications, and the customer experience, allowing her to provide expert guidance to homeowners throughout their painting projects.
Jessica is a graduate of Robert Morris University, where she earned her degree in Communications. Her education, combined with her industry experience, has helped her develop strong skills in account management, project coordination, and client relations. She is passionate about helping customers achieve their vision for their homes and ensuring a smooth, stress-free painting experience.
Jessica’s goal is to provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice, personalized recommendations, and a commitment to customer satisfaction throughout every step of the painting process.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud boy mom who loves spending time with her family. She is an avid reader and a huge Harry Potter fan, always ready to discuss the Wizarding World. When she’s not reading or working, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and sharing her love of stories with those around her.
